Outages all the time !!

Unfortunately the only thing about this service I actually had a good experience with was 2 employees. Dave who was a customer service rep, and Chris who is a technician. Otherwise this internet provider has given me nothing but headaches for the last 3 years. It's so unfortunate. With the many times the Internet has gone down for days, forced upgrades, ridiculous pricing, and an overall scam. Would not recommend to anyone.

I wish I could give them a zero but I can’t. This is the worst wifi company and it seems like a gust of wind can take out their WiFi for a week. I work from home and the amount of times that the WiFi has gone has been more than it has been on! I don’t know what they have going on but it needs to be fixed! They have yet to comp a bill and I’m trying to figure out why I am paying full price for a WiFi service that is out 3 out of the 4 weeks in a month. They don’t ever fix anything they will just replace it and then of guess what another power outage. This is beyond ridiculous to be a paying customer facing this many issues and it’s a company that all that they do is Wi-Fi.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. Their service stinks. You would think people in charge of communications would know how to communicate when they are not going to show up after you took off work all day to wait on them.
